About Us

Sahasra Semiconductors Pvt. Ltd (SSPL), a Sahasra Group Company, is India’s first and only private company offering NAND FLASH IC packaging and testing services. Established at Bhiwadi, Rajasthan this ATMP (Assembly, Testing, Marking & Packaging) facility with all the required clean rooms commenced its trials and sample production in March 2023.

SSPL already has another distinction to its name of being one of the only 2 domestic companies approved by GOI for the Specified Electronic Components Segment under the PLI Scheme and SPECS schemes. Other than this SSPL also has customised incentive package approval from state government of Rajasthan.

With initial focus on COB and Micro SD cards, SSPL will quickly move on to packaging of internal memory products such as eMMC, BGAs, etc that are widely used in Laptops, Servers, Desktops, Tablets, Mobile Phones, Drones, Industrial Electronics, Automotive Electronics, IOT and several other applications.

Sahasra Group through its other entities is already engaged in the manufacturing of USB Drives, Micro SD cards and SSD’s for its Indian and overseas OEM customers as well as distribution of the same via E-commerce and retail partners. This backward integration was a natural step for Sahasra and its technology associates/partners to increase the value addition with the growing demand of storage in India fulfilling the Honourable PM Narendra Modi’s call of “Make in India” and helping the country in being self-reliant "Atmanirbhar".

Annual Return

MGT - 7 is an electronic form that is allocated to all the companies by the Ministry of Corporate Affairs for filing details of their annual return.

The Registrar of Companies uses to maintain this e-form via electronic mode and on the basis of the statement of correctness given by the company. It is a popular form among the companies which are required to file the form as per the norms and regulations of the Ministry of Corporate Affairs.

Recently, the Ministry of Corporate Affairs has amended specific provisions/ rules which necessitates the company to place the copy of their annual return (Form No. MGT-7) on the company’s website. Accordingly, the web-link of the same is to be disclosed in the Directors Report.
